I've been Diabetic for 8 years now. I had been taking Glucophage for my blood sugar every day. I'm usually somewhere between 140 and 180 points all day. When I started on Diamaxol I also weighed 165, I'm 5' 5", so you get the picture. Right away, I noticed that I didn't need to take as many pills and my sugar stabilized below 140 all day. By the end of the first week I was taking less and less. By the end of the first 30 days I was stable at 109-115 and I lost almost a good 10 pounds! That was in July, it has been a wonderful 6 months. Now, I've lost almost 45 pounds and my doctor took me off the drugs and I am stable around 90!
